1. Return Window
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
2. Return Process
Initiate Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@subete.in or call our support numbers with your Order ID.
Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. If pickup is not available in your area, we may ask you to ship the product back to us (shipping costs will be reimbursed in case of defective products).
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Bank Account/Credit Card/UPI).
You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items like innerwear, beauty products, or customized spare parts may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or technical reasons, unless they arrive damaged.
Items on “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product. we will replace it or provide a full refund at no extra cost to you.
